Maintenance of Statutory records and registers
Statutory records and registers form integral part of secretarial records of the Company. Every company needs to prepare statutory registers duly updated and authenticated by the concerned person at his registered office. Statutory records mainly include minutes of the meeting. Minutes of the meeting should be in conformity with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and other applicable laws if any.
We create, update and ensure proper maintenance of statutory records and registers.
Preparation of various forms on behalf of the Company to be submitted with ROC or other concerned authorities
Companies Act provides that various forms reporting affairs of the Company needs to filled before ROC within stipulated period. The Act has increased the penalty provisions for delay in filling of the forms.

Preparation of Notice of Annual General Meeting(s), Directors Report , Annual Account and other Documents of behalf of the Company:
The Companies Act 2013 has revised the format of Directors report, Annual account etc. The new format includes noting of each and every significant affair of the Company including Board meetings held during the year. Further Annual account and Extract of Annual Account needs to be signed and certified by Company Secretary.
